A Step Above Balancing Solutions, located in Sorrento, FL, was founded in 2024 by Marysa Worley. After working in the industry and seeing the struggles of other Test & Balance companies, Marysa knew she could establish a company that would deliver the highest quality work, employing a team of expertly trained industry professionals. Equipped with cutting-edge industry instruments and tools, A Step Above Balancing Solutions can tackle any Test & Balance or Commissioning project and see it through from start to finish.

With 15 years in the testing, adjusting, and balancing field- including nearly 8 years as an AABC TAB Engineer - and now certified by NEBB, Justin is highly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to the TAB industry. Consistently employing a systematic approach to his work, regardless of the project's scale ensuring timely completion. Dependable and effective at resolving issues, Justin instills confidence both onsite and in TAB reports upon project completion.
